Professional Only Policy
Luxxe Wholesale Co. is a professional only wholesaler. We require proof of certification or business ownership. This can be emailed to email@example.com.
Please note that orders for gel or acrylic nail products require Nail Technician certification, orders for lash extension products require Lash Technician certification and orders of permanent makeup products requires a Permanent Makeup certification. Accounts must be approved manually and may take 24-48 business hours.
Accounts are for the professional account holder only and are not to be shared. Salon owners can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or phone 204-729-9115 to add employees who are allowed to order on their behalf. Sharing your account information with others may result in your account being suspended or terminated.
Students may set up accounts before completing their studies. To complete their registration, students must send in proof of their enrollment containing the name of the institution, the date of enrollment or expected completion, the name of the course and the student's name. Students have two year to send in their completed certification before purchasing privileges may be revoked.
Luxxe Wholesale Co. tries to keep all our products in-stock on a regular basis, and our inventory up-to-date and accurate. Due to the large volume of sales and shipping delays from vendors, stock may get depleted or inventory may contain errors, and will offer a refund for any errors of this nature. At this time we do not offer back-orders.
At Luxxe Wholesale Co, we are deeply committed to protecting your privacy. The information we collect about you is the very minimum needed to process your orders and to provide you with a more personalized, quick and convenient shopping experience.
Luxxe Wholesale Co. reserves the right to correct or cancel any orders do to website malfunction or technical errors. We are not responsible for any technical or pricing errors.
Luxxe Wholesale Co. uses the same online system for in-store purchases, if you have purchased in-store but do not have access to your online account, please contact us at email@example.com to update your email address.
